The American defeated the “new” Frenchman
In the American Enterprise (Nevada), the mixed martial arts tournament UFC Fight Night 217 has ended.
In the main fight of the evening in the octagon, the relationship was clarified by Sean Strickland from the USA (25-5) and Dagestan Nassurdin Imavov (12-3), playing under the flag of France. The fight went through all five rounds and ended with Strickland’s victory by unanimous decision.
The American, having defeated the opponent, closed a series of two defeats. Imavov, in turn, lost after three victorious fights.
In the co-main event of the tournament, Dan Ige won by knockout in the second round against Damon Jackson.
