A featherweight bout between Sodiq Yusuff and Edson Barboza will headline UFC Fight Night 230 on October 14 in Las Vegas.
The bout was officially announced by representatives of the organization.
Sodiq Yusuff, 30, won two straight fights, defeating Alex Caceres by unanimous decision and finishing Don Shanis by guillotine choke.
Edson Barboza, 37, put his career back on track in April after two losses, knocking out Billy Quarantillo as early as the first round with a knee strike.
Sodiq Yusuff and Edson Barboza are currently ranked eleventh and thirteenth in the UFC’s welterweight rankings, respectively.
