Sergey Pavlovich's career is in danger after a careless publication on social networks

Russian fighter Sergei Pavlovich had to explain himself publicly after UFC heavyweight number three posted a provocative anti-Western and racist meme on social media.

The meme is a photograph of Pavlovich listing a number of his characteristics in English, some of which are quite harmless, and some, given the difficult international situation, could easily cost a Russian a US visa.

“Russian just n****”

NATO’s Worst Nightmare

“The US fled Afghanistan when Pavlovich arrived”

“Can invade and conquer Scotland in three days”

“Killing Black People (Derrick Lewis)”

“Killing Fat People (Tai)”

“260 pounds of white power”

“Alone will conquer Africa”

“Forced Francis Ngannou to Escape”

Sergey Pavlovich, who deleted the meme shortly after publication, explained its appearance as a language barrier.

“Because of the language barrier, I did not understand the meaning of what was written about me,” wrote the Russian heavyweight. “Posted by mistake and do not agree with the things written about me. This meme was not made by me. Peace to all”

30-year-old Sergey Pavlovich goes to the UFC on a series of five wins by knockouts in the first rounds, and in the next fight he can compete for a title chance with American Curtis Blades.
