Russian Vyacheslav Borshchev will compete at UFC 295

Russian lightweight Vyacheslav Borshchev will fight next on Nov. 11 at UFC 295 in New York City, and his opponent will be “Glory Klaus” Nazim Sadikhov, who represents Azerbaijan.

Informed sources close to the situation reported on the organization of the fight.

Vyacheslav Borshchev, 31, put his career back on a successful track in May of this year, finishing Maheshate Haysaer by technical knockout in the second round. Prior to that, the Russian suffered two consecutive defeats, losing by decisions to Mark Diakesi and Mike Davis.

Nazim Sadykhov, 29, who made his UFC debut in February of this year, has managed two early victories in the organization, winning by TKO over Evan Elder and a rear-naked choke over Terrence McKinney.

The main event of UFC 295 will be a heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic.
