Mexican heavyweight Andy Ruiz (35-2, 22 KOs) says that he could not knock out Luis Ortiz (33-3, 28 KOs) in the fight for the status of a contender for the WBC title even after three knockdowns, because he was afraid of running into some powerful blow of the age Cuban.
