Former UFC flyweight champion Rose Namajunas will make her flyweight debut on September 2 at UFC Fight Night 226 in Paris against France’s Manon Fioreau.

30-year-old Rose Namajunas last entered the octagon in May last year, losing the championship belt in a confrontation with Carla Esparza, to whom she lost a split decision after five rounds. Prior to this, the American won three fights in a row, including twice defeating the Chinese Weili Zhang, who currently owns the belt, in title fights.
