Ronaldo has spoken out against Khabib Nurmagomedov

Legendary Brazilian soccer player Ronaldo recalled his acquaintance with Khabib Nurmagomedov after meeting the UFC Hall of Fame member at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi.

“We met at the Daniel Cormier and Anderson Silva fight in Vegas,” the Brazilian said. “Anderson told me then – this guy is going to be the best fighter in the world of all time.”

“No, the first time we met was when Belfort fought Weidman,” the undefeated Russian fighter corrected the soccer player. “You played 47 games for Barcelona and scored 49 goals. I’m fine with the numbers.”

The corresponding video of the former UFC lightweight champion published in the social network.

“The one and only is Ronaldo,” Nurmagomedov wrote in a comment.

Khabib Nurmagomedov debuted in the UFC I January 2012, and in eight years has held 13 fights in the organization, in all of them victorious. The 35-year-old Russian last stepped into the octagon in October 2020, successfully unifying the current and interim UFC lightweight titles against American Justin Gaethje before announcing the end of his professional career.
