Paddy Pimblett is scheduled to fight at UFC 304 in Manchester

UFC rising star, Paddy Pimblett, will fight his next fight on July 27 at UFC 304 in Manchester, and his opponent will be Bobby Green, ranked #15 in the lightweight division rankings.

The organization of the fight was announced by the head of the world’s strongest league, Dana White.

Paddy Pimblett is riding a five-fight win streak in the UFC, winning a unanimous decision over Tony Ferguson in his last fight, however, so far, the 29-year-old British lightweight is not among the top 15 fighters in the division.

Bobby Green, 37, put his career back on track in April by defeating Jim Miller by unanimous decision at UFC 300 in Las Vegas. In doing so, the American closed out a loss to Jalin Turner, to whom he lost by first-round knockout last December.

Recall that the main event of the numbered British event will be a welterweight title fight between Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad, and in the co-main event of the tournament Tom Aspinall will come to the defense of the interim heavyweight championship belt against Curtis Blades.
