Orlovsky gave his prediction for the Pavlovic vs. Aspinall fight

Former UFC heavyweight titleholder Andrei Orlovsky believes his sparring partner Sergey Pavlovic will earn an early victory over Brit Tom Aspinall this weekend to become the division’s interim champion.

“I think he’s going to score it,” “Pitbull” said in an interview with the channel “Ushataika”. “I think he’s going to hammer him, and the fight won’t last all five rounds. Two or three rounds, no more. I think Sergey won’t be doing tekdowns, trying to translate. Only if he goes to the body, into the clinch, then he will knock him over and he will score there”

“Maybe I’m biased right now on emotion, but I think he’s just going to beat him, knockout or technical knockout. He’ll drop him and score, or he’ll knock him out right away.”

It should be noted that Andrei Orlovsky is the only fighter in the UFC to survive more than one round against Tom Aspinall, having lost to the Brit by rear-naked choke in the second five-minute round at 2021.

The interim UFC heavyweight title fight between Sergey Pavlovic and Tom Aspinall will be the second main event of UFC 295, which takes place Nov. 11 in New York City.
