Iceparc, Angers, France. In the main event of the evening, the vacant IBO world champion belt in the second flyweight division (up to 52.2 kg) was contested. Local fighter Georges Ori (15-3-1, 1 KO) defeated the seasoned Mexican Rosendo Guarneros (19-5-2, 9 KOs).

The fight went all the way. The judges unanimously gave the victory to the local fighter: 116-112 and twice 117-111.

Guarneros is known for defeating ex-world champion compatriot Esteban Bermudez, and in 2020-2021 he upset British prospect Tommy Frank twice in a row.
