UFC 6 tournament champion Oleg Taktarov has said he refuses to call Khabib Nurmagomedov by his first name.
“We were tortured by this boy from the Tsumadinsky district (native district of Nurmagomedov. – Approx. “SE”). I just decided for myself that I do not call this name. I haven’t called in a long time. Therefore, the recent news that Taktarov said something has nothing at all, because I don’t name it on principle. I just don’t name these names,” Taktarov said in an interview with the SAMBO VLADIMIR YouTube channel.
Nurmagomedov in October last year announced the end of his career as a fighter.
