Nurmagomedov is among the top three Bellator fighters

Reigning Bellator light heavyweight champion Usman Nurmagomedov, who successfully defended his title last weekend in a semifinal grand prix match against American Brent Primus, moved up three positions in Bellator’s P4P rankings, rounding out the organization’s top three fighters regardless of weight.

The undefeated Russian took the place of undefeated Ukrainian Yaroslav Amosov, who holds the Bellator welterweight title and moved to number two in the pound-for-pound rankings.

Heading the list of the best fighters of the organization is the current Bellator welterweight champion, Vadim Nemkov, who officially announced his move to the heavyweight division.

The official rankings are published on the official website of the American league.

Recall that the semifinal bout of the grand prix of Bellator lightweights between Usman Nurmagomedov and Brent Primus, October 7, led the tournament Bellator 300 in San Diego, went the full distance and ended with a victory of the Russian by unanimous decision.
