Brazilian Amanda Nunes lost to American Julianne Peña in the co-main event of UFC 269.
Peña won by submission in the second round and took away the UFC bantamweight title from Nunes. The Brazilian held the sixth defense of the belt.
32-year-old Peña won the 11th victory in her career, also on account of her 4 defeats. Nunes, 33, has 21 wins and 5 losses. Note that Peña interrupted Nunes’ streak of 12 victories in a row, which lasted from March 2015.
