New “pound” from The Ring: Usyk is the leader, Bivol could not get around Lomachenko

The legendary boxing publication The Ring has updated its rating of the best boxers of our time, regardless of the weight category – pound-for-pound.

The main change, as you might expect, happened at the top of the list: Canelo Alvarez left the leader position after losing to Dmitry Bivol, dropping immediately to 6th place.

From now on, Ukrainian heavyweight Oleksandr Usyk is at the head of the ranking of the best of the best.

As for Bivol, he ended up in the pound in 8th position, right behind Vassily Lomachenko.

Updated Top 10 P4P by The Ring:

1. Oleksandr Usyk
2. Terence Crawford
3. Naoya Inoue
4. Errol Spence
5. Juan Francisco Estrada
6. Canelo Alvarez
7. Vasily Lomachenko
