The bookmakers released the starting odds shortly after UFC President Dana White officially confirmed the organization of the fight.
In May of this year, 36-year-old Henry Cejudo resumed his career after a three-year break, failing to take the championship belt from Aljamain Sterling, to whom he lost a split decision after five rounds.
Marlon Vera, 30, snapped a four-fight streak in March, losing a split decision to Corey Sandhagen in five rounds.
Currently, Henry Cejudo and Marlon Vera are ranked third and sixth in the UFC bantamweight division, respectively.
Recall that the main event of the UFC 292 tournament will be a title fight in the bantamweight division between the current champion of the division Aljamain Sterling and the second number in the rating Sean O’Malley.
