The welterweight fight between Russian Muslim Salikhov and Dane Nicholas Dalby has been added to the card of the UFC Fight Night tournament, which will take place on June 17 in Las Vegas.
The organization of the fight was reported by informed sources close to the situation.
Muslim Salikhov, 38, got his career back on track last November by finishing with a TKO in the third round of Andre Fialho. Three months earlier, the “King of Kung Fu” broke a five-fight streak, losing by TKO in the second round to Li Jinliang.
Nicholas Dalby, 38, is on a two-game winning streak with a unanimous decision over Claudio Silva and a split decision over Worley Alves.
At the moment, none of the fighters are in the top 15 of the UFC welterweight division.
