Muslim Salikhov and Randy Brown fight has been re-scheduled

The welterweight fight between Muslim Salikhov and Randy Brown, which was removed from the UFC 296 card at the last minute due to illness in Jamaica, will take place Feb. 3 at UFC Fight Night 235 in Las Vegas.

The new date of the match was officially announced by representatives of the organization.

For the last two years, 39-year-old Muslim Salikhov has been alternating defeats with victories, and this time the Russian will try to put his career back on track after losing to Nicholas Dalby by unanimous decision.

In contrast, 33-year-old Randy Brown closed out an early loss to Jack Della Maddalena in his previous fight, winning by unanimous judges’ decision over Wellington Thurman.

As a reminder, the main event of UFC Fight Night 235 will be a middleweight bout between Roman Dolidze and Nassurdin Imavov.
