Former world boxing leader Floyd Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs), who has only once appeared in an official fight since the fall of 2015, hinted that he could make a comeback. He said this in a comment to
Fighthype.

The last time the fight, which is listed on the official track record, Floyd fought at the end of the summer of 2017, when he defeated the debutant of the ring, MMA star Conor McGregor, in the 10th round.

“I have three more “exhibitions” planned for this year. Maybe there will be one [настоящий] fight and two exhibitions,” Mayweather said.

He added that “it’s a minimum of $200 million”, but what exactly did he mean: 200 million for three entries in the ring or his demand for an official comeback.

In mid-June, it was officially announced that the Mayweather-Asakura fight would take place in September in Japan under the auspices of the local Rizin promotion.

In early July, Mayweather suddenly stood up for Canelo and stuffed Ryan Garcia. And before that, the media became aware that Floyd was allegedly offering McGregor fabulous money for a rematch.
