On September 25, Saitama (Japan) hosted a local Rizin promotion show, the main event of which was an exhibition boxing match between US boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Japanese MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura.
Despite the “fair” status of the battle, Asakura was set up as decisively as possible, trying to hook Floyd harder. Mayweather did not tolerate such an unceremonious attitude towards himself for a long time and at the end of the second round he knocked out his opponent.
