Mark Zuckerberg accused Ilon Musk of not wanting to fight

Марк Цукерберг обвинил Илона Маска в нежелании драться

Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg no longer intends to promote a bout with Ilon Musk because he doesn’t believe his rival is serious and actually willing to do a fight with him.

“I think we can all agree that Elon is not serious and it’s time to move on,” Zuckerberg wrote on social media. “I suggested a real date. Dana White suggested organizing everything into a real charity event. Ilon wouldn’t confirm a date, then said he needed surgery, and now he’s asking for a practice round in my backyard.”

“If Ilon one day seriously considers a real fight at an official event, he knows how to contact me. Otherwise, it’s time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing against people who are serious about the sport.”

The billionaires, who own two of the world’s most popular social networks, agreed to fight after Ilon Musk accused his opponent of wanting to take control of the entire information space on the planet and challenged him to a fight, and Mark Zuckerberg accepted the challenge.

Shortly afterward, UFC president, Dana White, said that both businessmen were as serious as possible and had already given verbal consent to fight in the world’s strongest league, and expressed confidence that the bout would break all pay-per-view records.

A few days earlier, Musk said that he had already reached an agreement with the Italian government to host the fight at the Colosseum, but revealed that he was facing surgery, from which he would be recovering for several months, and also ruled out the UFC as an organizer of the match.
