Significantly outnumbered, former KSW Middleweight and Light Heavyweight Champion Mammad Khalidov scored a dominant victory over five-time World’s Strongest Man title winner Mariusz Pudzianowski.
The headlining bout at KSW 77 in Gliwice, Poland ended at 1:54 of the first round after Khalidov swung his opponent in, sat on his back, and unleashed a flurry of punches on him, forcing the Pole to signal submission.
With the victory, 42-year-old Mamed Khalidov put his career back on track after last year’s knockout loss to Roberto Soldic, while 45-year-old Mariusz Pudzanowski ended his own five knockout streak.
