Magomed Ismailov returned to the ACA league

Popular Russian fighter Magomed Ismailov will continue his professional career in the ACA league.

This was announced in the social networks of the organization by its head Mairbek Khasiev.

“Magomed Ismailov (18-3), middleweight. Who would you like to see him fight at the ACA jubilee tournament?”, Khasiev wrote, publishing a photo of the 37-year-old fighter with a signed contract.

Magomed Ismailov competed in the ACA league from 2019-2020, picking up four wins under the organization’s banner. Making his ACA debut with a knockout victory over Vyacheslav Vasilevsky, “The Bald Predator” won a unanimous decision over Artem Frolov in his next fight, and then earned a resounding victory over Alexander Emelianenko, finishing the heavyweight by technical knockout in the third round. Ismailov’s fourth fight in the league was against Ivan Shtyrkov, defeating “The Ural Hulk” by unanimous decision of the judges.

Magomed Ismailov then made an unsuccessful attempt to take the AMC Fight Nights middleweight title from Vladimir Mineyev, losing by TKO in the third round, and in December 2022, he put his career back on track with a unanimous decision win over Alexander Shlemenko at RCC 13 in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

Ismailov has also fought three boxing matches, winning by decisions over Nigerian Olanrewaju Durodola, Serbian Aleksandar Ilic, and Ivan Shtyrkov.
