Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman face off in final eye battle

Welterweight title rivals Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman had a final battle of looks and final commentary ahead of the final match of the trilogy, which will headline UFC 286 in London on March 18.

“Now he has spoken, so tomorrow we will talk in the octagon,” Usman said after a hot sterdown.

“It’s exciting for me to be here,” Edwards told British fans after warming them up with a ‘headshot death!’ chant. “Tomorrow I’ll show you the show, knock him out again with a kick to the head, and you’ll hear, ‘and still remains…'”

Previously, the fighters met twice in the octagon – in December 2015, Leon Edwards lost to Kamar Usman by unanimous decision after three rounds, and in August last year, the Briton rematched the defeat by knocking out the Nigerian in the fifth round and taking away his UFC welterweight championship belt.
