Former UFC middleweight title contender Paulo Costa, who will share the octagon with Khamzat Chimaev in his next bout, decided to stir up interest in the fight by leaving a threatening message to his opponent.
“The glutton Chen Chen has no chance, zero, not a single one,” the Brazilian said in a video posted on the social network. “I will destroy him – he is a walking dead man. A dead man wanders around Chechnya. I’m coming to fuck you in my own house, motherfucker. I train hard every day, seven days a week. Look at this face, glutton Chen Chen: this is the person who is going to kill you. I’m your biggest nightmare”
A few days earlier, the Chechen fighter announced that he was going to destroy his opponent and leave him to sob in the octagon.
Recall that the middleweight fight between Khamzat Chimaev and Paulo Costa will be part of the UFC 294 tournament, which will be held on October 21 in Abu Dhabi.
