The popular Chechen fighter Khamzat Chimaev made it clear that he did not intend to continue the conflict with Shavkat Rakhmonov, which the representative of Kazakhstan provoked by a careless statement addressed to him.
“Chechens and Kazakhs have always been brothers, I wish you all health, happiness, love and well-being – may the Almighty bring you a lot of barakat this month of Ramadan,” Borz wrote on the social network, posting the flag of Kazakhstan. “In every nation there are people who are not of a mind – we also wish them all the best, may the Almighty direct them to the path where they will unite our peoples and not divide them. I will try to come to Kazakhstan soon and please my brothers”
Last week, Shavkat Rakhmonov posted a photo in a chair made of wolf skins, writing in a comment that “the wolves are under us,” and Khamzat Chimaev responded by saying that “being called a wolf is an honor than being a jackal in life.”
Currently, Khamzat Chimaev and Shavkat Rakhmonov are ranked third and sixth in the UFC welterweight rankings, respectively, however, Borz is going to fight in the middleweight category next.
