Former champion UFC in lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov still believes that the fighter will not reach the second peak of form. He stated this at a press conference held on December 13 in Moscow.
Nurmagomedov also said that Magomed Ankalaev as a fighter is better than current UFC light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira, who is 42 years old.
“Is it possible for a fighter to reach the second peak? I am 33 years old, and, of course, it happens that thoughts come to my head, and at some point I change. As for the second peak, nothing came to my mind. I think… Well, I won Glover Teixeira against Jan Blachowicz, but I don’t think they are the two best light heavyweights in the world.”
“Who is better than them? There are other fighters, for example, Magomed Ankalaev. He is better. Together with Ankalaev and others can be compared.
