The American was hard-wired by Kamaru Usman
Former UFC welterweight title contender Jorge Masvidal lost by knockout to Kamar Usman in the main event of UFC 261.
The 36-year-old fighter commented on his defeat.
“For the first time in my career, this (knockout approx.) happened in front of my family and friends. In 50 fights, no one knocked me out like that. It is unpleasant. Usman showed what was not in the first fight. Then I did not feel its power. This is what self-confidence leads to.
I thought that we would fight, I was ready for it. But he surprised me and caught me. He won cleanly and fairly. God bless him,” Masvidal said after the fight.
