Prize-winner OI-2016 British heavyweight Joe Joyce (13-0, 12 KOs) ranks 2nd in the WBC rankings and 1st in the WBO. For this reason, he is confident that he will soon enter the championship fight.

Joyce shared his opinion about colleagues in the division.

Former champion Anthony Joshua: Can he beat Oleksandr Usyk in a rematch? Well, unless some miracle happens, otherwise nothing. But in any case, then he will have to fight me or vacate the WBO title. Why don’t I believe in Joshua? First, it’s broken. Secondly, he does not have the same passion. Yes, he constantly repeats about his hunger, but it’s a no brainer that this is not so. Lately, he has other priorities – he is a businessman who occasionally likes to give lectures to students.

WBA Super, IBF, WBO champion Oleksandr Usyk: Everything is simple. I’m #1 in the WBO. And Usyk will almost certainly beat Joshua in a rematch. When he does, I will show you what a real heavyweight is in 10-ounce gloves and beat the dude who lost to Sean Porter in the amateurs. I know you remind me of Usyk’s defeat in WSB league, but that fighter has nothing to do with the “Truck” Joyce that I have become. We then boxed with pillows on our hands. There won’t be any pillows this time.

Former challenger Dillian Whyte: He didn’t just lose to (WBC champion) Tyson Fury. It was declassing. How much did he hit in the whole fight? Did he get at least 3 hits? I think White is just enjoying being the mandatory challenger. He broke all records, stayed in this status for about 7 thousand days. Dillian, if you’re really bursting with happiness to be the mandatory challenger, then enter the ring against me. If you beat, you will become an OP again.

Former champion Joseph Parker: He simply ran away from me. How else? He announced his willingness to fight and then signed with a rival promoter and network (Ben Shalom, Boxxer, Sky Sports). But we made all the concessions, did everything that he asked. But he was not going to fight against me. At first they said that the fight should be postponed a bit, because his coach will have a wife at the same time. We agreed, and in return they signed a contract with another promoter behind our backs. To be honest, it seemed to me that we then hurried with the battle of views (video). He clearly saw something in my eyes, after which his desire to fight somewhere disappeared. Who will he fight? Who cares? His fans know he ran away from Joe Joyce…

What do you think of Fury vs Joyce in October? Arum is ready to make this fight. Earlier, Joe shared a detailed prediction for the Usyk-Joshua 2 fight.
