Jake Paul doesn’t mince words about the evil intentions he harbors for Tommy Fury.
Just days ahead of their fight in Saudi Arabia, the 26-year-old social influencer turned boxer posted a video on social media that directly addressed Fury with promises to end his career once they set foot in the ring together. Paul also mentioned Fury’s girlfriend Molly Mae Hague and their baby girl Bambi in his message.
“Tommy. I hope that you have enjoyed the last moments of your career,” Paul stated. This is it. You’re going to be retired from boxing after this. You’re going to be disowned by your family. Your mother’s maiden names will be used again. Nothing else can save you. Only me and you can save yourself. Mano a Mano.
” Your brother is not with you anymore in the ring. Your dad’s not in the ring with you anymore. Molly is not with you in the ring anymore. Bambi isn’t in the ring with you anymore. All that sweet motivation to have a child, and fight for her, is gone. I am coming to your ****** neck. Decapitate .”
Paul mentioned Fury’s girlfriend having their child as a result of the battle between the two. This was before the couple made any official announcements about Fury and Fury’s birth.
He later apologized for the error in judgment but he hasn’t slowed down in his viral messages aimed at Fury ahead of their fight.
“I’m a mean, angry person deep down,” Paul said in the video. I’m going to get rid of all it on your f ****** faces. There’s nothing you can do to f****** beat me. I’m built different. This is what I desire more than anyone. There is more to me than just a reason. I’m more tapped in. I’m more emotionally intelligent. I’m more spiritually connected. I’ve worked harder every single day, in and out. I have a better team. Guess what, I have a stronger support team. Me winning this fight is for the higher benevolent good of the universe so it’s not just me in the ring.
“It’s all of my guidance. It’s all of my ancestors. All of my spiritual guides. They are all my spiritual helpers and we will f*** each other up. You have four rounds and then you are f******. Tommy Fury, this is it for you.”
Fury, on the other hand, told MMA Fighting before he left for Saudi Arabia that he did not pay much attention Paul’s trash talk. Even when the Ohio native attempts turn it personal by mentioning family.
” No matter what Fury says, no matter his actions or words, this fight is not personal. He can’t see under my skin because he cannot get beneath it.” Fury stated. “The loudest ones in the room are always the ones who are very insecure, especially in Jake Paul’s case.”
