It looks like Sirenko will sign with Haymon – Bashir

The coach of the Ukrainian heavyweight prospect (over 90.7 kg) Vladislav Sirenko (19-0, 16 KOs) James Ali Bashir in
interview for a British blog, he told about the current state of affairs with his fighter.

The American specialist said that Sirenko may sign a contract with US adviser/manager Al Haymon. Bashir also said that he expects Vladislav’s next fight in January, on the undercard of the boxing evening of ex-full US champion Gervonta Davis.

– There are reports that Vlad Sirenko is signing with a promoter. Can you clarify this for us, and can you also clarify everything that is happening in Ukraine for us?

— He is now connected with the business manager. He hasn’t signed with a promoter yet, but I’ll say Al Haymon is the big favorite to sign him. It looks like this.

Vladislav Sirenko has a new manager. And he’s really cool

— By the way, how is Vlad in general?

– Good. I boxed 10 rounds today. Boxed 10 rounds the day before yesterday. He’s in a pretty good mood. Looks like Vlad will box in January.

Do you know who will be his opponent?

– I don’t have a date yet. It looks like it will be New York. Probably on the undercard for Gervonta (Davis).

– So now he will fight in America?

– Yes.

— When we talk about 2022 for Vlad Sirenko. You, as his coach, how do you see him?

“I think it’s a war, Putin’s war disrupted our course. She broke a lot of things. The possible return of Wladimir Klitschko was planned. I don’t know for sure, but I think he would come back. I believe that Vlad Sirenko would have 3 fights. We didn’t fight at all this year because of this war.

– He will have a fight in which a potential promoter or investor would like to see what Vlad can do. Will this be one of those fights?

“I expect it to be on Haymon’s show.

“Some kind of fight-demonstration?”

– Yes. A kind of fight-return, a fight of a higher rank. Initiation into big boxing.

In the summer, Sirenko sold gloves for cars for the military, and a little earlier he sold his championship belt and gave money away.
