Israel Adesanya gave his prediction for the Ngannou and Joshua fight

Former UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, doesn’t think the upcoming boxing match between Francis Ngannou and Anthony Joshua, which takes place on March 8 in the Saudi capital of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will go the full distance.

“AJ and I are in touch and Francis is also my brother,” MMAnews quoted the Nigerian as saying. “At the end of the day, they’re both going to win – they’re both going to score well. I know AJ can box, he’s an expert at it. But I know Francis knows how to fight. He showed in a previous boxing match that he can beat one of, if not the best boxer of this generation”

“It’s not my place to pick a winner, but I have a strange feeling this fight better not blink. I think there’s going to be a lot of action, especially considering how A.J. handled his last fight. We talk to A.J. a lot about different things, and I can tell you he’s a very strong personality, as is Francis. A lot of people don’t realize, but Francis is very strong in spirit. He’s the number one player.”

Recall that the winner of the fight between Ngannou and Joshua will be the main candidate for a fight with the absolute world champion in heavyweight boxing, which will be determined on May 18 in the unification match between Tyson Fury and Alexander Usik.
