A week before the principled rematch with Alex Pereira, former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya spoke to fans about exactly how he is going to regain the title.

Last November, Alex Pereira took the championship belt from Israel Adesanya with a fifth-round TKO finish on the Nigerian, and a middleweight title rematch on April 8 will headline UFC 287 in Miami.
In the past, the Brazilian defeated Adesanya twice in kickbixing fights, and once sent his opponent to a deaf knockout.
