A bantamweight fight between Ion Kucelaba and Filipe Lins has been added to the card for UFC Fight Night 229, which takes place on October 7 in Las Vegas.
The Brazilian-Moldovan clash was officially announced by representatives of the organization.
Filipe Lins, 38, is riding a three-fight win streak, having won a unanimous decision over Russian Maxim Grishin in his last fight.
Ion Kucelaba, 29, put his career back on track this April after three straight losses, finishing Tanner Boser by first-round technical knockout.
Neither fighter is currently ranked in the top 15 of the UFC’s bantamweight division.
