Ilya Topuria entered the top five of the UFC featherweight division

Undefeated Spanish-Georgian featherweight Ilia Topuria, who won his sixth consecutive UFC victory over the weekend, climbed four positions in the official ranking of the strongest league in the world, closing the top five of the division.

At the same time, American Josh Emmett, whom Topuria defeated by unanimous decision at UFC on ABC 5 in Jacksonville, dropped one line and was in sixth place in the ranking.

Ahead of the native of Georgia, Arnold Allen, Brian Ortega, Max Holloway, and Yair Rodriguez, who owns the interim UFC featherweight championship belt.

After a dominant victory over the American fighter, 26-year-old Ilia Topuria announced that he wants to see his next opponent the winner of the unification bout between Alexander Volkanovski and Yair Rodriguez, who will headline UFC 290 in Las Vegas on July 8.

The only Russian in the UFC featherweight rankings is Movsar Evloev, who retained tenth position in the division.
