American lightweight Gervonta Davis (27-0, 25 KOs) looks set to be cleared of all recent domestic abuse allegations against his daughter’s mother, Vanessa Posso. The latter, who called 911 and yelled that the boxer allegedly attacked her and could kill her, now took back her words.
Gervonta completely denied his guilt after the incident: “I never fucking beat the mother of my child or my daughter. I am not a monster. What are you, all the fuck out there?”
Now it’s his companion’s turn.
“The last few days have been painful and extremely exhausting for all parties involved,” Posso wrote in a story. “The state of our relationship was fragile, and Gervonta and I were both to blame for the quarrel. On emotions, while I was furious, I made an unnecessary call to law enforcement. Gervonta didn’t harm me or our daughter.”
Benn hit on Davis: “It’s stupid to throw rocks at a glass house.” He answered
The statement comes hours after Davis was formally charged with causing bodily harm as a result of domestic violence. He was released almost immediately after posting bail in the amount of a penny $1,000 for him.
In general, as the Gervonta woman reported, “today we asked for help to move forward in our lives,” that is, we went to family counseling.
A week remains before the fight with Dominican Hector Luis Garcia in Washington, DC, USA.
