Max Holloway and Yair Rodriguez were hospitalized after a five-round fight at UFC Vegas 42, promotion president Dana White announced this at a post-match press conference.
“I thought that Max after such low kicks would not be able to get out of the cage on his feet, but he walks as if nothing had happened. I told him he was a psychopath. It’s crazy how tough this guy is. We sent both fighters straight to the hospital.”
Holloway defeated Rodriguez via unanimous decision at UFC Vegas 42.
