Henry Cejudo responds to Brandon Moreno's challenge

Former two-weight UFC champion Henry Cejudo, who lost a split decision to reigning UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling over the weekend, responded to Brandon Moreno’s call to fight him.

According to the “Triple Champion”, he is ready to consider this opportunity when a decent financial offer arrives, but does not intend to fight on the opponent’s territory, as the Mexican wants.

“I guess now everyone wants a piece of me, right?” MMAnews quotes the American. “I think we can discuss this. A question of money. If the UFC wants to organize it and allocate a good budget for both of us, why not? But I’m not going to do it in Mexico. No, damn it. We can have this fight in America.”

On the eve of Brandon Moreno, who holds the UFC flyweight title, said that for the sake of the duel with Henry Cejudo is ready to rise to the bantamweight division, asking a potential opponent to postpone his next retirement. Before planning a fight with Cejudo, Moreno needs to defend his championship belt against the Brazilian Alejandra Pantoji, who will fight on July 8 at UFC 290 in Las Vegas.
