PPV star from the USA, WBA World lightweight champion (up to 61.2 kg) Gervonta “Tank” Davis (26-0, 24 KOs) confirmed that the upcoming fight against Rolando Romero (14-0, 12 KOs) will be his last, held under the banner of the promotional company of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Davis decided that after that he would pursue a career on his own.

“It didn’t have to be a departure from Mayweather Promotions. The Davis-Romero fight will take place on the night of May 28-29 in Brooklyn (USA).
