Toyota Arena, Ontario, California, USA. In the middleweight limit (up to 72.6 kg), Amilcar Vidal (16-1, 12 KOs) from Uruguay and the young
Elijah Lorenzo Garcia (14-0, 12 KOs) from the USA. The American celebrated the victory.

The fight began with a leisurely shootout with jabs, but already in the 2nd round the heat went on – the fighters staged a fierce exchange. The American got more – Vidal broke his nose.

Left-handed underdog Garcia looked more interesting: he moved well, combined great, solidly defended with his body. But Vidal had the superiority in power. In the 4th round, the American coolly intercepted the attack of the Uruguayan, clamped it against the ropes and sent it to the canvas. He never got up.
