As recently as last week, Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya radiated optimism about a potential blockbuster between his popular ward lightweight Ryan Garcia (23-0, 19 KOs) and PPV star Gervonta “The Tank” Davis (27-0, 25 KOs). Like, negotiations have already begun and so far everything is going in a positive way.
