Francis Ngannou predicts Jon Jones vs Cyril Gan fight

Former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, shared his opinion on the upcoming fight between Jon Jones and Cyril Gan, who will play for the vacant title vacated by the Cameroonian this weekend.

“Cyril Gun is a very difficult opponent for Jon Jones,” Predator told The Schmo. “We all know that Jon is a special fighter, but it all depends on which Jon Jones we are talking about? Which Jon Jones will we see tonight?

“If John comes out and can show his best qualities, Cyril is in for trouble, and everything will end with a technical knockout. He will translate, fight, break it in the stalls. But this fight can go all the way if John works defensively.”

“They both know how to work from defense, they are very good at it, and then the fight can reach a referee’s decision. But we don’t know what John will be like – that’s what makes this fight so intriguing. In any case, I’m sure we’ll have an amazing fight.”

Recall that the fight between Jon Jones and Cyril Gan will be the main event of the UFC 285 tournament, which will be held on March 4 in Las Vegas, and Russian fighter Sergey Pavlovich will insure the title confrontation.
