Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury rematch favorite has been named

Despite a highly unconvincing performance in his fight against Francis Ngannou, reigning WBC heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has opened as a significant favorite in a rematch with the former UFC champion.

Currently, the odds on the Brit to win are 1.25 (80% probability), while the Cameroonian’s success is rated at odds of 4 (25% probability).

Bookmakers published the starting odds a day after “The Gypsy King” defeated “The Predator” by split decision, which the crowd in Riyadh met with a disgruntled roar. Fury was knocked down in the third round of the fight, nearly fell again in the eighth three minutes, and finished the fight with a black eye.

In addition, bookmakers have assessed the likelihood of who will be the next opponent of the former UFC champion. Former WBC heavyweight boxing champion Deontay Wilder has the best chance of sharing the ring with Ngannou, while popular blogger Jake Paul has the lowest.

Deontay Wilder: 33.33%

Tyson Fury: 25%

Anthony Joshua: 20%

Zhilei Zhang: 12.5%

Alexander Usik: 11.11%

Dillian White: 9.09%

Derek Chisora: 8.33%

Jake Paul: 0.99%

At the same time, Tyson Fury remains the favorite (61.54% probability) in the upcoming fight against Ukrainian Alexander Usik (43.48%), which will determine the absolute heavyweight boxing champion of the world. The heavyweight unification match is scheduled for December 23 and should take place in Saudi Arabia.
