Briton Rocky Fielding described the strengths of the Mexican Canelo Alvarez (57-2-2, 39 KOs) based on the experience of the fight with him and made a prediction for the upcoming third fight of Alvarez against Gennady Golovkin (42-1-1, 37 KOs).
Recall that in December 2018, Canelo stopped Fielding in three rounds.
“In our fight with Canelo, it was all about his control of the front leg, so anywhere in the ring he could cut off space for you, as if he was ahead of time where you were just going to move. He constantly pressed and was everywhere. Usually you can make a mistake somewhere, but not against him, ”recalls Fielding.
“I think Canelo will beat Golovkin. It will be a good fight, but as for me, Canelo surpasses him in speed and reflexes, he picks up punches better, says the Briton. Golovkin still has punching power, but Canelo has adapted to it in his previous two fights.
