Boxing legend American Floyd Mayweather will hold the next fight – again exhibition – under the Japanese banner Rizin in Japan.

Today it was announced that on Monday Mayweather will hold a special press conference in Las Vegas (USA), where he will reveal the details and, in particular, name the opponent.

Meanwhile, Japan is already reporting that the event is planned for December.

Recall that in December 2018, Floyd already performed at Rizin with an exhibition fight. Then he knocked out the local kickboxing star Tenshin Nasukawa in the first round.

Last June, Mayweather fought social media star Logan Paul in an 8-round “fight” that ended without a result being announced.

Floyd’s last performance took place on May 21 in Abu Dhabi: the next exhibition event was a meeting with his former sparring partner Don Moore, whom Mayweather even knocked down in the final 8th three-minute period for formality.

Note that Floyd ended his career in 2017, and this week he was officially introduced as a new member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
