Computerized System Project Compubox published the statistics of inflicted / accurate blows of the last 12-round fight between Ukrainian lightweight (up to 61.2 kg) Denis Berinchyk (17-0, 9 KOs) and French EBU European champion Ivan Mendy (47-6-1, 22 KOs) , which took place on December 3, 2022 in London (England).
The victory by unanimous decision of the judges with a score of 116-112, 116-112 and 116-112 was won by Denis, who won the European title as a pro.
As the statistics show, Berinchyk surpassed his opponent in the total number of thrown (651 vs 532 or 21% vs 15% in terms of efficiency) and accurate (136 vs – 81) shots. In terms of the effectiveness of jabs, there was parity: only 8% for Mendy and even less, 7%, for Denis.
