26-year-old middleweight prospect (up to 72.6 kg) from Ukraine Fedor Cherkashin (19-0, 12 KOs) should soon make his debut in the United States.
Earlier, the boxer himself reported on his
page on Facebook, which will perform as part of the boxing evening on August 20 in Hollywood (USA), the main event of which will be the fight of the former world champion in four categories, Adrian Browner, against Omar Figueroa.
According to information boxrecCherkashin’s rival will be a 28-year-old American
Gilbert Venegas Jr. (11-1, 7 KOs), who will enter the ring for the first time since April 2019.
Fedor will hold the first fight in 2022, after he recorded three wins throughout 2021.
We also note that 12 previous performances by Cherkashin took place in Poland, where he has been living for several years.
