Emelianenko's younger brother makes his fight debut

The younger brother of the eminent Russian heavyweights Fedor and Alexander Emelianenko, 35-year-old Ivan Emelianenko, will soon make his debut in battles.

Alexander Emelianenko said this in an interview with REN TV.

“He also wants to fight, he wants to try himself, so this will be his debut fight,” said the heavyweight. “I don’t know with whom – it hasn’t been decided yet. My brother Ivan is a master of sports in hand-to-hand combat, in combat sambo, that is, he is also not a person from the street. He also trained, prepared, performed.”

The latest news about Ivan Emelianenko is dated October last year, when numerous sources, including Channel 9 in Stary Oskol, reported that a Russian was soon sent as a volunteer to the NVO zone. Then this information was personally confirmed by Alexander Emelianenko, explaining to reporters the absence of his younger brother at his wedding.

At one time, Emelianenko Jr. really received the title of master of sports in hand-to-hand combat and combat sambo, but did not connect his life with professional sports.
