Emelianenko outweighed Bader, Tokov and Eblin made weight

The Bellator 290 official weigh-in ceremony took place in Los Angeles, the main event of which will be a heavyweight bout between current division champion Ryan Bader and title contender Fedor Emelianenko.

The Russian fighter was 800 grams (1.8 lbs) heavier than the American, weighing 107.1 kg (236.2 lbs).

Participants in the middleweight title fight, Johnny Eblin and Anatoly Tokov, whose confrontation will be the second most important event of the event, had no problems getting into the championship limit of their weight category, keeping within 83.5 kg and 83.8 kg, respectively.

The only fighter to fail the weigh-in was Russia’s Diana Avsaragova, who was 1.3kg over the flyweight division limit, while her opponent, Alejandra Lara, successfully made the weight, recording a flat 57kg.
