Dustin Poirier predicts Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler fight

Former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion Dustin Poirier has shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler, which is tentatively scheduled for December this year.

According to the American, his compatriot will be knocked out within two rounds if the Irishman properly prepares for the fight.

“If Conor stays where he was before the injury, I think he will finish the fight in two rounds,” Diamond said in an interview with Ariel Helwani. “If he is himself, comes to training with full dedication, and remains one hundred percent focused, he can do it. We’ll see, that’s what makes this fight so interesting.”

In the upcoming fight, Conor McGregor will try to return his career to a successful track after two defeats from Dustin Poirier, whom he first lost by knockout, and in the rematch he could not continue the fight due to a severe leg fracture.

Michael Chandler in the last fight also became a victim of Poirier, who lost to him by rear naked choke in the third round.
