William Knight will remain at heavyweight to face longtime light heavyweight veteran Devin Clark at the UFC’s return to Las Vegas.
Multiple people with knowledge of the promotion’s plans confirmed to MMA Fighting that Knight and Clark will compete in a heavyweight bout at UFC Vegas 51, which takes place April 16 at the APEX. MMA Junkie was first to report the booking.

Knight made his second consecutive appearance at heavyweight. Maxim Grishin defeated Knight at UFC 271 after Knight had lost weight by 12 lbs due to a short notice booking. “Knightmare”, who has won three of his four previous promotional appearances in light heavyweight, competed against Knightmare. Grishin picked up the victory via unanimous decision.
UFC Vegas 51 will be headlined by a welterweight bout between Vicente Luque and Belal Muhammad.
